CV was delivered with mistakes and cover letter is not a good representation of me. The consultant never communicated with me in the writing process, which makes no sense. How can someone write a CV and cover letter for me without a meeting or at least a few e-mails back and forth? Some of the writing gives the impression that this company uses ChatGPT or similar chatbot technology to do the writing and charges desperate jobseekers to pay for that under the guise of a professional service, which is unethical.

Disgusting experience! Promised a call back twice, no call back, I then called myself, only for the phone to be put down and no follow up! Would not go near them! If they can’t follow through on a simple request to get new customers what faith can you have they complete anything once paid!
