Put together an excellent professional CV and found ways to include all the key words and correct language without feeling forced. The CV was made in a timely manner incorporating additional information I was able to send. Only criticism is I worry it may be a little short but I did opt for the early career CV.

I've had issues with similar service providers in the past and as such, was unsure what to expect. I'm over the moon to say that I received great service from start to finish! Although there was a minor hiccup at the start, this was very swiftly addressed in a professional manner. I was most impressed with how they kept me up to date as they said they would - so often companies say "we'll call you back" and never do. The Purple CV team went above and beyond in the matter and kept me fully informed. My assigned writer (Matthew) was also amazing! He managed to do the impossible and condense my experience in a relevant and professionally set-up CV and covering letter. Super impressed. Hopefully won't have to use again for a while, but if I do - I know which company I'll be using!

Absolutely horrendous. Would not recommend at all. Save your money. The experience from start to finish has been woeful. I was emailed to ask what job I wanted to apply for despite me adding a link for a job I had in mind on the initial application. I resent this same link to the email. Then I was called twice to ask the same question. Today received a CV on a basic black/white word document template that my 10 year old son could have done better. The writer (Elizabeth) didn’t even take the time to review my own CV already provided so got my current position incorrect and left several fields blank that could have been completed if she actually looked. Covering letter and LinkedIn equally as basic. £140 down the drain that I’ve requested an immediate refund for.

I have to take time to thank Tuli for her work in producing a CV that delivered on all of the points we discussed. she spent the time working in a way that was appropriate for me and my limitations with ADHD and was able to produce a CV that was appropriate to the roles I was applying for.

I've just received my cv back at 8am today & I want my money back. I will be going through paypal and if that doesn't work, then through the bank. This is clearly a scam. I've ran it through a Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and it's come out worse. There are basic grammatical errors such as 'Key Skill' instead of Key Skills
