Sally a senior writer at PurpleCV did an amazing job of re-writing my CV and cover letter. Phoning me to ensure the CV would be spot on and discussing the CV and overview with me. I was initially appointed Harry as my writer, he did a mediocre CV that wasn't suitable for my position and refused to re-master it after a couple of attempts. The cover letter he wrote was okay, but not as good as I'd hoped for either.
