I was extremely surprised with how fast i got paid. I sent things in to 4 different buy back sites and i shipped to eaglesaver last but they were the first to pay. That being said, the amount i got paid was way lower than i had expected beacuse it seems if a cd or dvd is not brand new it has 'heavy wear' and they won't take it. You can have them send it back to you but good luck figuring out whats what because the items they don't take are only listed with barcode numbers so you have to go over your packing list and cross reference. If it was something i wanted i wouldn't have sent it, but i wonder if they really recycle it or what they do. Overall, not bad.

The fees’ removed from my total were unexpected what happened to my quote? I guess the shipping wasn’t free. I’m disappointed. Times have changed. I used you several years ago. Sad how everything is different.

Bait and switch regarding pricing of products (DVDs).

The process was simple and they provided the shipping label, gave me the approximate date that I would get paid and it happen, without a problem. First time using them and they didn't disappoint.

Overall easy and efficient. I was clearing out my family’s dvd and video game collection and it was good to make a little cash out of it. I received payment for the items I sent within 5 days of sending my package, and they offer to send back the dvds and games that don’t meet their standards of condition free of charge, or donate them to charity, which I found very helpful. My main criticism is that it took some time to input each UPC code by hand to get the price quotes, rather than being able to scan them as other services offer. It was easy to make mistakes typing them in and some were coded incorrectly, but overall I was able to sell about 70 items that I would’ve otherwise donated. That’s a win for me!

Lousy experience. I follow their directions and stil end up with nothing. No goods, no money. No idea how they make a business acting like this.
