The buyback experience went great, however I was told they did not receive one of my items, when I know for sure I sent it. However, they did reimburse me which I thought was very nice. Overall the process was very easy, and I’d recommend them and use them again.

The fact that you have no way of assisting in getting the DVD's or CD's UPC codes that are LISTED on the items to be read is ridiculous or that you privide a phone number that no one picks up... this has been your consistent poor service prior to the pandemic so don't use that as an excuse. elow is the email trail of your horrible service .
