Great service. App could use a little work. Make the keypad larger to facilitate entering numbers. Also, the scan function doesn't work, but if it did this would greatly improve the experience.

The AP made it easy to get a price

The AP made it easy to get a price quote per item so I could decide if I wanted to sell each item… I was surprised that I was able to sell a very wide variety of CDs and DVDs… although I haven’t received my check yet, I was updated that my shipment arrived and a check was coming. I’m not concerned because everything has been professionally and above-board so far.

QR code Scanner is very slow reading. and sometimes it would say the wrong barcode.

First and foremost I want to say great job. My only problem was scanning QR code on my PlayStation games and my music cds. As for all other experiences you’re doing a great job and I recommend the 10+ and I will be back.

Great service!

This was my first time using Eaglesaver, but I found the whole experience of selling some unwanted cds to be user-friendly, efficient and satisfying. The only frustrating thing was that often, when I canned a cd that appeared to have a valid UPC code, it started processing and then just stopped for no apparent reason. I suppose it was just not a cd that was in their database?

Hard to get customer service to reply.

I liked the fact they would purchase my dvds and games when others would not. My issue with them was when I tried to contact them to change how I would receive payment. I called multiple times and when I emailed them they did not reply for days. They ended up using wrong payment method after several attempts to contact them.
