I'm mad that I can't give 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! Every single thing about the process was off of what I was told. I was paid half of what I was quoted supposedly for cds with excessive wear only to get them back and they literally have no wear no scratches nothing they were in great condition. I believe this place is just burning cds and then not buying them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything EVERRR!!!! 0 STARS!!!

Bogus check issued by EagleSaver
EagleSaver.com issued me a check that two different Chase branches in Los Angeles County, CA will not cash because the amount on the check did not match the amount in the bank's records. So far all my communications with EagleSaver regarding this matter have been given the royal run-around.
SCAM ARTISTS
There's ZERO communication. Don't have questions because they will never answer them. They do as they wish. I have to file complaints with the BBB and FTC just to get my stuff back. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. SCAM ARTISTS!!! When given the list of items to be returned, I stated that I didn't wish to accept their offer and asked for the entirety of my items shipped back and payment to be halted. As I stated earlier they do as they wish and it takes a week or more if they ever reply. SO YES, THEY'RE THE EPITOME OF SCAM ARTISTS. It's ok I filed my complaints already. BBB score of F and 1 🌟. Get a CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER! After receiving my so called heavily damaged items, I found out of the 13(heavily damaged) items, 1 DVD and 2 CD's had ZERO scratches, abrasions or blemishes. To be fair the other 10 did have some heavy wear but nothing that'd prevent them from playing without skipping. I checked every one before I shipped them. This is what happens when you refuse to communicate to your customers. By ignoring the customer they can manipulate the transaction anyway they see fit to increase their profits and lower the quote they give you!
