My latest experience with Eaglesaver…
My latest experience with Eaglesaver was 5 stars. Keep it up.
Untrustworthy. Be warned.
I was told a check was mailed. I never received it. I contacted Eaglesaver by email. I was told to wait 5 more days if I don’t receive it to contact them and they would reissue another check. I waited 2 more weeks just to be sure. I have left numerous voicemails and emailed them multiple times with no response. They have stolen my products that I mailed them because I have never received a payment. It’s sad because I had dealt with Eaglesaver previously and always had a positive result. I am not sure what is going on with this company now but they can no longer be trusted.
Easy and Timely Process
Easy and Timely Process
First the good
First the good. EagleSaver has proven to be an honest and reliable company. No game playing, no screwing around with reductions for honestly graded items or "Missing items" like companies such as Booksrun are famous. Payment is prompt. It is sometimes difficult to meet their minimum (but far, far easier than D'Clutter, which is near impossible). However allowing the submitted items a grace period is a HUGE PLUS. Here are the three reasons they do not get five stars. 1) The website blows. 2). So does the App. Both are extremely slow, badly designed and faulty. If the website does not recognize the ISBN it states you entered the wrong type of item. Yet if you scan with the App, often it will recognize that item. The App might say it is not accepting, yet paste the ISBN into the webpage and it might. 3) No customer service response. I recently had an item (pre-ISBN) looked up the ISBN and tried to contact EagleSaver. Wasn't sure they would accept pre-ISBN items. Three emails over three days and four phone calls (where the answering machine states we will be back to you in 24 hours). No response at all. Perhaps, it is an operation with limited resources and they cannot upgrade their web and App presence, maybe they are having trouble retaining adequate staffing. So I will cut them slack as they have fulfilled everything else with excellence over the past two years.
Trustworthy Albeit Slow and Disorganized
This is the first time I have done business with eaglesaver.com. PROS: They did send me a list of DVDs and CDs I was sending them (Packing Slip) as well as a prepaid FedEx postage label. A tracking number confirmed that EagleSaver had received my package on April 24, 2023. CONS: It took nearly 2 weeks from the time they got my package for me to receive my check. Also, they did not confirm via email that they had received my package or that they had sent me the check. And finally, I tried to log into my EagleSaver account to see what was happening since I had not heard from them, but couldn't get into my account. So I tried several times to reset my account password, but to no avail. The company needs to look into these things because otherwise they provide a good service for people to make a few dollars for their used DVDs and CDs.
Great experience
Eagle Saver made the process very easy. I found the website very intuitive and easy to use. The process was pretty simple and I got a few bucks for CDs that I no longer used and took up space.

I sold$32.73 worth of DVDS I shipped the Federal Express. They received the on 4/24/23. As of 5/4/23. I had not received my check. I called them numerous times, and their recording said they returned calls promptly. HaHa, I sent at 3 emails. I have not heard a peep from them.
Always fair and expedient payments.

Positive Experience
The site is easy to navigate and the shipping/payment process is quick and professional.
It takes time to get your movies…
It takes time to get your movies accepted and the average total but they pay and are honest thank you.
