Some items of DVDs doesn't match with…

Some items of DVDs doesn't match with the CPU ID number and comes it with a different item. Also if DVDs were accepted on the logging, it should be accepted after being logging in.

Update to my previous review…

This is an update to my previous review when I could not get an update to my order that was delivered after emailing and calling. My order sat for 6 days after delivery. I tried to email requesting an update twice and I called and left 2 voicemails because no one was ever available to take a call. I was afraid that I was going to get ripped off of 72 brand new DVDs. I finally left a 1 star review on Monday 2/13 and low and behold the next day I get an email that my order has arrived and is being processed. I feel you need to update your website from stating that your order will be processed when delivered and payment within the next 24 hours because that is not my experience. My order sat there since 2/8 with FedEx delivery proof and didn't get processed until 2/14. There was no contact from customer service. As stated above no replies to my numerous emails or phone call inquires. With so many scams out there just be transparent with your process. EagleSaver did accept more DVDs than DeCluttr and at better pricing and the process was very easy. The reason for the 3 stars is for the lack of customer service and the stress I felt for thinking I was being scammed.

WARNING!

Thought this might work until the end result. I sent in many Blue Ray as well as CD's. They contacted me staing several were not up to their standard, fine, so be it. The email said to write to them if I would like them returned, so I have, on 3 seperate occasions with the order #. I have not been contacted nor have I received my products back. THIS IS THEFT ! BE WARNED!

This is my first time using…this was my first time using Eaglesaverk

This is my first time using EagleSaver.com I am not very tech savvy so I emailed EagleSaver and received helpful info . I was able to use the site quite easily , scanned my products , was given the estimate , a call tag , content sheet and summary and very speedy payment . I am very pleased with EagleSaver and have already recommended it to some of my friends.
