Cones arrived well packaged and in good time. Not been Installed yet so can't comment on them yet.

The replacement handle is ok, although the handle feels quite loose in its housing, so the castings are not to the highest standard. My old Henderson garage handle was of a higher quality and maybe 30 years old. It works fine however. The main problem was the communication. I got no immediate purchase confirmation until 3 days later when an email just said the order was “confirmed”, but nothjng about dispatch or arrival dates. After 6 days I contacted Henderson who said there were delays with Royal Mail. No tracking data was available. 7th day I finally got a a message from Royal Mail saying it had been collected, but no delivery date. I think the lesson is that Royal mail are very bad these days, but Henderson failed to confirm my purchase straight away and failed to give any notice of dispatch.

Ordered a pocket door system 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived! I won’t be ordering again.

We still haven't received the goods despite being told they were out of stock but more expected the following week

Great customer service from staff member identified the parts that were needed. Because the old component failed shortly before Christmas I received the replacements in time to allow me to make my bi-fold doors fully functional once more. Well done and many thanks 👏

After speaking to John at P C Hendersons, I was very impressed with the way he handled my issues and was very happy with his service.

Helpful support team. Items arrived and were easy to pair with my garage doors. If anything to mention, I’d say they were a little pricey, but that’s life right now I guess. I can’t really complain, mine have lasted 20 years without failure and had to re order as I lost one.
