Despite ordering spare parts for a very old bi-fold system, the consignment had a number of crucial items missing. Upon reporting the loss, those items were swiftly despatched and arrived within 48 hrs. Commendable action despite many traders today failing to provide this vital service to a loyal customer base.

Not being in the garage door trade, I was a bit uncertain ordering parts but needn’t have worried. Easy to navigate the website, product dispatch was good and I was notified of each stage of delivery. Part actually turned up earlier than advertised. Good service. Would use again and recommend.

Didn't fit. Bought a replacement lock for my garage door on the basis of the picture on the website. Arms not long enough and wouldn't fit so sent it back. Delivery good as was the refund.
