After several months of taking absolute college sachets, I saw no different and so decided to cancel. What a faff! They won't let you cancel via your on line account with them, they insist you call them and tell them why first!!! What a system. As it was Christmas, for ease and time, i delayed delivery and diarised a call to cancel Jan. However, when i went onto my account it said i had no subscriptions, so assumed it was all sorted (somehow). More has just turned up in Feb! Their system is down and i can no longer access my account to see any subscriptions so have no idea what was going on. I have now called and cancelled and told by Marion that they are looking into creating a system where customers can cancel on line. What a disappointment, this has put me off their company and i would not recommend either product or their difficult system for customers.

I found Absolute Collegen to be a great company their customer service is fantastic .. if you have a problem they are extremely helpful in solving it and their product is amazing

Please make it easier for people to cancel their subscriptions. Currently to make it more difficult, you have to call as you cannot cancel on-line. This is somewhat disrespectful of people’s wishes as well as frustrating.
