I purchased absolute liquid collagen sachets after reading the positive reviews, however the consistency is so thick and flavourless that I contacted the company, liquid collagen should flow out as it's described as liquid .. I wanted to be able to take this as a shot on the go hence the sachets . Due to the thickness I added it to hot water it was texture of thick honey definitely not what I expected, the company advised for me to try it with yoghurt !

Called customer services as my subscription payment had increased and I wasn’t made aware it was happening. I spoke to a very helpful person called Ethan, who assisted me my problem. He gave great customer service and as a result, I have decided not to cancel. Just a bit of feedback to Absolute Collagen that it would be beneficial to send customers a notification in advance if payments are increasing. Thanks

Absolute Collagen has made a dramatic change to my hair, which was my motivation for trying it. I have always had very fine hair and I naturally shed a lot too. However the shedding got worse after Covid - not sure if it was related - but I became very aware and worried. It obviously takes a while for hair to grow out before you can notice any change - I started AC ca 18 months ago but it didn't take long - ca 2 months - before I could feel a very noticeable difference of denser hair growth in my scalp - and my curls have returned in strength. It takes longer for me to dry my hair now because there's more of it and my small hair clips are now struggling a bit to do the job when I put my hair up - but I welcome this with open arms! Hard to say whether it's influencing my skin as I use quite a few other products to take care of myself - but I'm confident it doesn't hurt either!
