I have been using absolute collagen for a few years now and recommend it. My skin, nails and hair are in pretty good shape for a 77 year old

I have been using Absolute Collagen for quite a while… I may get complemented on how good my skin is for my age but for me, the signs that I notice are, the need to be cutting my nails shorter, when they haven’t grown so long in years and my hair being fuller and shinier. As yet, I haven’t any physical aches or pains, I’m hoping that continues for many more years.
