I subscribed to the product for some time — maybe 2 years? It’s true: the flavour is not great, but it’s collagen, not your morning coffee. What did really bother me over time was HOW HARD it was to open the little packets. Terrible design. I would often have to use scissors. What a faff. Every morning. I ended up with too many boxes of this stuff because I would forget to skip a shipment when I was away, etc., and eventually realised how expensive it was and how much I’m paying for it on a regular basis. Subscription costs can quickly add up, especially when companies rely on customers forgetting about small, recurring charges or underestimating how much they spend over time. This model is designed to lock people into ongoing payments, often for services or products they may not use. It would be far more transparent and consumer-friendly to offer the option to purchase this product outright, without the need for a subscription. So I was very disappointed when I realised one has to call to cancel. “We love talking to our customers”. lol The process feels deliberately cumbersome and frustrating, designed to wear folks down and discourage them from canceling. I almost didn’t call because I was like ugh another phone call, I’m too busy to call right now. It seems AC prioritises making it hard to leave over providing a simple and transparent experience for its customers. I even mentioned this on the phone and the customer service lady, well trained, repeated exactly what it says on the website: “we love to talk to our customers.” Sigh. After some time of using, and now going through the faff of cancelling, overall, wouldn’t recommend.

I’m in my thirties and did a lot of research on collagen when I found out about this brand, my main reasons to help my skin and hair look their best. I’ve been taking the sachets everyday for 2 months and have really noticed a difference in my hair thickness and people are commenting on my skin looking more plump and dewy! My mum in her 60s is also taking the collagen loving the results to alongside the shampoo/conditioner. Now part of my morning routine - the taste can take some getting used to but I put it in my smoothie and that’s a super easy way for me.

I’ve been taking absolute collagen for over a year now. I did switch over to another brand in between but ran back to absolute again- the results of taking this constantly have been amazing. If I don’t take it I really do notice the difference. My skin cleared up, looks and feels a lot more smoother. My hair doesn’t fall out as much as it used to. I’m not one to leave reviews but I would highly recommend this product.

I’m 80 years and need all the help I can get. My products purchased has worked wonders. My hair now looks thicker and shiny using the shampoo and conditioner. My wrinkles have started to diminish using neck cream a face cream. Two deliveries, also the Absolute Collengen liquid sachet I per day. My body feels stronger I’m walking better and my spine is much better, even my knees, Absolute Collagen given me a new outlook on my life. I’m so grateful I’ve found this product after several operations on my spine and complete new knee, I almost had given up? Thank-You
