When you try to cancel your subscription, not easy you have to call customer service. Annoying

I was a big sceptic … my friend gifted me the deep serum lift and challenged me to tell her it doesn’t work .. challenge accepted and 1 week in of using it - I was defeated ! It’s incredible! I have tried to cancel my subscription 5-6 times now by calling the number they provide and no-one answers the phone. I wouldnt sign up until they make cancelling subscriptions online possible as this just feels like abit of a con.
