I baught a waterproof mascara from this company, but it was a little thick, dryish and on the clumpy side, but they were extremely quick to reply, they were very nice, understanding and apologised and didn't hesitate to replace me with another one straight away... I was delighted with the second one, and how quickly it arrived with no problem at all... I will continue to buy from this company as they have been more then fare with me, and good value for money too. Thankyou so much.

Tive problemas com a entrega, por parte do CTT, entregaram minha encomenda a algo chamado “Pó Rime” coisa que não faz sentindo na língua portuguesa. Entrei em contato com a loja e desde da compra até esse eventual problema, foram sempre muito atenciosos. Conseguimos contornar o problema. Super indico a loja, vou voltar a comprar com toda certeza.
