The items that were ordered were delivered ahead of schedule and work perfectly.

I gave them my delivery address on my order, and they could not produce a label with the correct delivery address on it for the courier, hence my order could not be delivered on day it should have delivered i had to wait another day.

They have sent the delivery of 3800 to the wrong address and refused to take the responsibility of their uneducated/unprofessional behavior and the DHL driver has signed the delivery on our behalf without our knowledge. They later communicated that DHL will collect the parcel and delivery it to your delivery address which is in Manchester on 19th DEC 22 and that never happened I have given them two different addresses one for billing and 2nd for the delivery, buybest accepted that they have sent it mistakenly to the billing address the DHL driver has left the parcel in the doorway and didn't call us or informed us at all Later, they have been insisting that I should get them the camera's footage which I did provide them, and since they got no way but to resend me the item or refund my money they refused to do it so I was dead clear by providing them the delivery address separately

The delivery was very fast, and the product arrived in good condition, as described. I was regularly updated on the order's progress, and the price was also quite reasonable.

Ordered a couple of items around just after lunch time yesterday, much cheaper than Amazon btw, both items delivered today before lunch!

I ordered a kitchen bin in September, £68. by November it was breaking, and by January it was completely broken. I emailed asking for a replacement or a refund as the bin was clearly not fit for purpose. I had a response to my first email pretending they couldn't see the pictures I attached, since then I have emailed 4 times for a response and they are ignoring me over and over. diabolical customer service, I would say this website is a scam.

I have Amazon Prime so typically shop online there. However, BuysBest was much cheaper and delivered next day whereas Amazon had three day delivery estimate. Happy to support smaller UK business.
