Absolutely useless customer services. I've sent them 2 emails regarding faulty lights but they have not even replied.

Product arrived damaged. Emailed customer services and no response. No way of being able to return the item with the delivery

Appalling service ordered warmlite wall mountable heater and paid for the 1-2 days delivery when ordered before cut off period told it had been dispatched and given tracking number for hermes delivery when looked on hermes tracking they was waiting to collect my order kept checking for updates 4 days later still not got order rang hermes got told still waiting to receive from seller so contacted Best buys to get told its been lost in delivery. How if its not even been sent out by sender? Been given refund which will take upto 5 working days as now my order is completely out of stock. What a complete waste of time.
