Excellent value and service all round except that they use hermes to deliver and they are awful. Edit: Thanks for the reply even though it did arrive on time the there was no tracking, no estimated delivery, except for a brief period where it said it would be delivered the day after, and no option to select a safe space to leave it until just before it was delivered which was necessary as I was not home that day. As much as you might like to think they're no longer hermes, they still use all the branding on the site and the label on the package even said hermes. A company who only changed their name because of the number of terrible experiences both me and hundreds of other customers had to endure. I highly recommend that you use another carrier to avoid such issues in the future.
