I was unsure to purchase at first. I'm not sure why. But from purchase to delivery I was informed of its progress every step of the way. Extremely fast delivery. Great item. All as described. I'm generally very pleased with the item I ordered. The item was packaged very carefully and when I removed the item from the packaging it was in pristine condition. And I managed to get my item at a reasonable price. The only downside to my shopping experience was that BuysBest did not acknowledge my order when I placed it, I had to contact customer service and send them the details of the whole order which I had fortunately kept a note of. Had I not had my own notes of my order's details I don't think I would have received the order. Although should the need arise, I will buy from BuysBest again.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a cake stand which sadly got broken during transit. One call to BestBuys and problem solved. (Answered within three rings too!) new stand has arrived today and I’m so pleased with the quality of the product. Would definitely recommend and purchase through BestBuys again
