Must give a shout out to nikki who is so helpful with my queries. Found it difficult to get through to you on friday and person who answered was not of much assistance, but nikki assisted me very well on saturday when ryanair cancelled my flight.

They try to extort sell their travel insurance. Will try another holiday company next time. Buying the holiday went ok.
