The people I spoke with, when enquiring about a cruise, were very helpful. Wait time on the phone was not long.

In order to book this holiday there were problems to get accommodation for 14 days at the time we wanted in a particular hotel. however.I asked the Sunway people to if they could find another hotel that matched the same standards and location. And I received a number of quotes and settled for want we wished for. It’s nice to know get a friendly person to look after all details including flights and documentation to make it easy to manage our travel arrangements.

Previous experience of travelling with Sunway . Found them to be very co-operative and helpful and as a result are now travelling with them again. The information supplied was very detailed which made the booking very easy.
