The Sunway site was easy to navigate and I found what I wanted quite quickly. Have used them many times in the past and they have always been reliable with good deals. The only part is the price is no inclusive of baggage as they use Ryanair so when choosing some holidays with them you need to take this consideration when choosing a price point.

Sunway are extremely easy to deal with. They listen and understand the needs of their customers. Sunway provide excellent customer service, not just at booking stage, but also at claims notification stage. They were fantastic to deal with, when our flight was cancelled. Sunway really do provide a 5 star service!!

I dealt with Alice Swords in Sunway booking an Asia cruise, She was so nice and helpful very knowledgeable and could answer any question I asked. She was quick and efficient and I have already decide I will contact her for all my future trips.

The agent I dealt with (Ross W) was friendly, really knowledgeable and did not come across as pushy. Even though this will be our 6th cruise He made very helpful suggestions that I had never thought about before. To be honest I had given up using travel agents as I felt like I still had to do half the work myself and never received support when there were cancellations. So I had booked myself the last few times. I think I had just been using the wrong travel agents until now. The process was simple and I'll definitely use them again.
