All staff we spoke to were pleasant and helpful, taking the trouble to check out things they were not immediately able to answer while we were on the phone. They advised they will do the check in etc for us which is great.

So helpful with my booking from the minute the phone was answered ,every thing explained to me from start to finish down to the final details of my holiday simply and honestly .

Choice of locations, price options and prices are very good. I would have liked a clearer understanding of how all the extras - transfers, luggage etc will work.

Online booking system was easy to use. Good information on hotel facilities/location/amenities, etc. provided in description. Some challenges trying to finalise payment online - it took a few attempts to process.
