I ordered my daughters bag and it has not come yet we ordered the bag on the 4th and it's the 11th I don't recommend

Great quality and value! My daughter loved her new backpack and lunch box set. KKbags was the only place I could find black with daisy print which is what she wanted. Would definitely order from again. Thanks!

I would give zero stars

I would give zero stars. I'm currently trying to deal with customer service for a week now with no resolution. They have "ships within 24hours!" On everything. They collected payment in 24 hours but didn't even start processing my order for over 7 days. (I have time stamped recipt) I paid for 7-10 day shipping. So after 17days I contacted them to cancel my order. At the time I requested the refund it hadnt been shipped yet or left the facility. They messaged me back saying they cannot refund my almost $50 after it had shipped. What? It Hadn't. Once they got my cancel request they hurried up and shipped it right out! (So they are capable of getting it shipped in 24hours) and then messaged me back saying, sorry it's already shipped. That was super scammy and dishonest. Within a few more days I had a bag, but not the bag I ordered. sigh... I contacted them again saying it arrived, its the wrong bag, and I need a refund. This is well into 3weeks now. 24 hours my foot. &I paid for 7-10day shipping. That's just a loss. That shipping $ will never be refunded. Not to mention I had to buy another bag bc this one just never came in time. So now I've spent double. & purchased 2 bags. ( the other bag was not from them) I'm on a budget. The $ for the other bag had to come from grocery $ bc they still had my $45.99 held hostage. I told them they sent the wrong bag. Please refund my $. They said they made a mistake but it's close enough. That its the same bag just the wrong color.. to just keep it and they'll give me $15. What?? Also it was to come with a pencil case and lunch bag. It didnt. I'm still trying to get my $ back as we speak. Almost a month of this nonsense. Their next solution to avoid giving me the refund I've requested is to tell me to destroy the bag, send pics of it destroyed and they'll send me the correct bag. Again, what?? I don't need it. I had to Hurry and buy another since theirs was so late. Their 3rd offer has been to have me destroy the bag I recieved, (eat the $10 in shipping I guess) and after they get pics of the bag destroyed they'll give me a partial refund of $35. I fully believe if I did that they would just never send the correct bag. They would never refund the $, and I would have nothing to even return bc they are insisting I destroy it. This company is insane. I've honestly never dealt with anything this crazy. If I ever get my money back, I'll come back and update. Most likely though, I'm probably just out of $45.99 & almost a month of headache. It would've been less painful just flushing $45 down the toilette. ...& In case you are wondering, no the bag I got wasn't good quality. The material is thin, the bag is small and the print is blotchy/spotty.

Made my order on the 7th it's now the 26th and still my daughter's backpack, pencil box and lunch box hasn't made. Company is a ripe off, still hasn't emailed me back and doesn't have a customer service number, will never order from here again. Taking advantage of parents wanting to see a smile on their kids face. Total B.S

it’s on the way!

I was side tracked at how cute the backpack looks in the pictures and didn’t check the reviews. If only I had. I have a 7 year old so disappointed as she is still waiting on her backpack. It has been weeks of waiting. Buyer Beware! It’s on the way. It’s on the way. My payment was processed immediately!

The product is horrible. Customer service is horrible. The company is horrible. Overall all it’s horrible! I will never be ordering from KK bags ever again. If I could I would rate it negative stars I would!

I ordered a specific KK bag 3 weeks…

I ordered a specific KK bag 3 weeks. Later I received a Black backpack nothing like the one in the picture that I ordered, I emailed the company and they replied ,oh we were out of that one but you did order this one. (huh?) That made no sense. I'm trying to get my money back and they want me to jump through hoops and said finally well if you insist on returning it it will cost you a lot of money for postage. My reply is you messed up you're paying the postage ! no reply, l would not recommend this company. I do not know how they received any stars. Yes, I did contact customer service and any other email within their company, whoever would listen and that was their reply.
