Backpack/lunch bag are very durable!
The bags are top quality! Very durable - my daughter packs it with books and laptop and it has held up well. The shipping was a little delayed (which is normal right now) but the seller kept good communication with us.

We bought a very cute pink backpack for my daughter. It took a long time to arrive, but once it arrived my daughter was very happy with it. It looked just as described and was a great backpack for a few weeks. Then the zipper broke. Now it's useless. If we had paid less for it, I wouldn't be so annoyed, but it was expensive at over 40 bucks.

I ordered a plain backpack for my daughter for her birthday and they sent me the wrong bag. The one they sent is for a small child and has a quote about God or something on it. I’ve sent multiple emails and are now offering me a $5 refund. Waste of money and I paid expedited shipping. You shouldn’t do business with this company.

17 days later. Still no backpack. They provided fake tracking and said it was on the way 9/20 . Still nothing
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I ordered a backpack for my daughter.... Paid for expedited delivery! Not only did I have to contact them to find out where the bag was (it was not shipped immediately as promised) but when we finally received it, it lasted less than two weeks before the zippers broke off and was unusable. I emailed customer service and was asked to send pictures of the faulty bag. After they received the pictures, I was told that they would send me a new bag but I would have to pay them $15 for them to ship it to me! Why would I have to pay for the new bag to be shipped after already paying for expedited shipping on the first bag and that bag fell apart right away!? At this point, I don't even want a new bag from them. I want to be refunded for the first item and the shipping charge! I will NEVER order from KK Bags ever again! *And please note how KK customer service responds to each of these reviews. The representative tells you to contact him for further assistance but it's all a lie. I am able to share all of my corresponding emails with KK customer service if anyone would like to read. He offers you a replacement if you are willing to pay for shipping again for the new bag-meanwhile most customers don't receive their bag or it breaks right away, like ours did.

Do not buy from this company. I bought back in July i paid extra shipping to get it here by august. Waited, waited and waited and still nothing in September. I have emailed them multiple times and keep getting the run around. I finally emailed them told them keep the backpack and the money and I will post reviews and scam alert for them.
