Scottsdale Mint shipping department and customer service department (which is overseas) is a joke. I ordered several pieces of silver almost 3 weeks ago with a credit card, the order still says its processing. Hey Scottsdale if anyone actually looks at these reviews... figure it out or lose business, and bring your customer service department back to the USA, lame.

Well it's been almost two months since I placed my order for five 5-oz stackers. No delivery. No messages. So I log in and the order shows "partially paid" even though my account has been "fully charged". So I sent them a message through their "customer service" link - two weeks and they haven't responded. Today I log in and see the order is "cancelled" - still no answer. So I asked "why did you cancel my order?" Still no response.

They take weeks to respond to emails and will hold up your order and money. I had to dispute my transaction after almost a month with no response.
