I didn't create an account when I purchased through Scottsdalemint.com. I knew it said my order could ship anywhere from 1-4 weeks. I emailed them to ask about shipping and not only did they create my account for me, they responded within a few hours. I think anyone leaving a 1 star review is a bot.

Just like my last order, this shipment was scheduled to be returned to sender (RTS) because of INCOMPLETE ADDRESS. If there is another Scottsdale order that cannot get the address right, I'm not saving them again and will let it go back to Arizona (from Florida). Using a charge card, I will dispute the transaction.

Scottsdale went above and beyond to correct my mistake when paying with crypto. They quickly tracked down my payment, applied it to the order and shipped within a week. That is unheard of in the crypto space. The products are top shelf with service to go with it. I'm definitely a happy customer with multiple orders placed. I can't thank Scottsdale Mint enough.
