Excellent service from Jaya & Nari at the branch at Ritz Carlton in Tenerife. Jaya was so helpful when we were looking to purchase some jewellery. The bracelet needed adjusting and they organised for this to be done at super fast speed and no extra charge. Nari came in on Sunday especially to ensure we had the bracelet before we checked out of the hotel. Highly recommend and look forward to shopping in their lovely store when we return again to Tenerife. Excellent.

Que te digan los pros y los contras de un producto al explicarte las características del mismo, dice mucho sobre el tipo de profesionales que trabajan en Pagoda. Al no disponer de un reloj en tienda (solo bajo pedido), se ponen en contacto con una conocida joyería de Madrid, lo piden a la casa para enviarmelo a ésta y decidir in situ si estamos conformes con el reloj, todo sin abonar absolutamente nada hasta decidirnos. El precio, sorprendentemente rebajado sobre el que me dió (aproximado) el señor de la joyería de Pagoda Isora. Gracias!!
