Easy to order, same day despatch, and with me very quickly via 48 hour tracked Royal Mail (phew, not one of the other so called delivery companies). I first used Foothills about 10 years ago and received amazing thorough service in the buying of walking boots. I got the same care and attention when discussing possible repairs in an attempt to eke out their time. Sadly I have just needed to replace them but have received the same excellent service despite being a slightly awkward customer in terms of my feet. I recommend Foothills to everyone and am only sad it’s not in Leeds. But it’s always worth the journey.

Customer service is second to none here. They have been exceptionally accommodating replacing boots that were unsuitable without a quibble. The young girl Ros, who served me was also very helpful with a lovely manner. I would definitely recommend Foothills for buying walking boots.

What a great experience. We were visiting friends and had booked an appointment with Alex. Our dog Rusty was allowed in and spoilt. We live just north of London and were unable to try on Altberg or Zamberlan boots down soutrgh. The fitting service and choice were really good. The returns policy is second to none, although this was not needed. Would have given extra stars if possible. Can't praise the shop highly enough, thank you.
