I recently had a flood in my cellar, after calling around 10 companies with no joy. Called EKOflow a lovely lady called Jane booked me an engineer the following day.Engineer Jay came out and got to the root of the problem straight away and fixed the issue. I am super impressed with the quick and efficient service which comes backed up with a guarantee. Will definitely use again and highly recommend them to people who are struggling to find some with cellar flooding or pump issues.

Competent, efficient and friendly. Had an issue with pumping station alarm alert. Came out next day. Diagnosed issue and sent a report. They ordered replacement pumps / floats and fitted 48 hours later to an excellent standard. Fair, transparent pricing. Would definitely recommend this firm

The team were very good. They kept us informed about what they were doing. The only snag was delivery of ready mixed concrete which resulted in an extra day’s work. It would have been nicer if the compressor box could have been a few feet further away
