J and Joe were very knowledgeable and answered our numerous questions as this was the first time EKOFLOW had serviced the pumping station. One of the 2 pumps was blocked and the second one partially blocked. We asked for the pumping station to be emptied by a tanker to ensure that there wouldn’t be any debris left which might block the pumps again. Unfortunately the tanker arrived early and couldn’t wait until the pumps were fully operational again. This is the reason for only 4 stars. If we require a tanker in future I will ask that the tanker can remain until the job is finished.

Excellent phone service with Ryan. Haven’t had percolation test done yet but I am hoping for excellent results.

Ryan is really helpful over the phone and sent Jay to deal with the sewage treatment pump . Jay is both excellent and helpful in resolving the problem, very promptly . I am very impressed by their competence , professionalism and their promptness, snd helpfulness! Will recommend them any time!
