Came out to service our septic tank. Stated needed a new motor at a cost of 8K (fitted). However, on second opinion, the motor was absolutely fine. It had simply tripped and couldn't restart due to the weight. All that was needed was for the tank to be emptied and the heavy settled waste to be jet washed, which would reduce the load and allow the motor to start. Quite a common issue by all accounts. It cost £800 to put right. Ekoflow are either incompetent or looking to obtain business dishonestly or a mixture of both. Either way we will not be using this company again.

Very easy to book Communicated throughout. The engineer who arrived to service our sewage treatment plant arrived on time , was very polite and explained in detail the work to be carried out . Left the area as it was. We found Ekoflow to be very efficient and cost effective. An excellent service was provided by Ekoflow, we would use them again and would recommend them to everyone

Disappointed that I could not be present! Was told visit would be second in the morning so arrived about 9.30 to find EkoFlow had been and gone! Is there no paperwork to confirm the emptying of the tank?
