The ordering procedure is very straightforward and quick. The pendant is as described and matches my other items well. Delivery was quick and the item was well packaged. I would have liked a confirmation e mail to say that my order had been accepted and was being processed. That is the only negative, otherwise all good.

Excellent product and service

Although I received an email acknowledging my order and payment and saying my order was being processed. I twice requested delivery details and received no reply, until two days after it had arrived. A quick update on posting would have been appreciated
