The item I bought sat in Whitby post office for 11 days. I emailed the company regarding this and that evening I received a phone call. They were prepared to make another and mail it to me. You don't get that professionalism and care from Amazon. The necklace is amazing and cant wait to see my wifes face on christmas day.
