Shocking customer service . Am now chasing a refund with Winpole . After spending over £200 via the website . They told me there was a delay of stock for one day . It’s NOW 2 weeks later and nothing ! I’ve chased this order three times and still no response. Trying to get my over due refund issued via my bank . Please , please AVOID at all costs . It’s not worth the stress for you and your buisness

Absolutely awful, they sent my parcel out quickly which was great but as I wasn’t home it was send back to them, I emailed them 3 times with no response!! I eventually went through my faces app the manager there Elle who is absolutely fantastic eventually got it sorted, they said they were going to deliver today but got no delivery information from them so I contacted Elle again who got in touch with wimpole and they said they couldn’t deliver as they didn’t have the stock!! They should of kept what I had paid for and redelivered it asap it is not acceptable so unprofessional and rude no communication from them at all, I still wouldn’t know what was happening if I hadn’t contacted Elle as they hadn’t even tried to contact me to sort this out, I will never order from them again
