Have used Wimpole a few times now and have always been happy however, today, I’ve had to give a 3 star rating. My package arrived super quickly but was very badly damaged. The products were crushed by the courier and, because the packaging was virtually non existent (no protection with paper shreds or bubble wrap) one of my syringes is bent. I’m more upset that I contacted them by email but haven’t had a response. I appreciate these things happen but this could have so easily been avoided if better packaging had been used.
