Late delivery , I didn't like the wrapping

I want to thank you for your assistance with my order. The recipient was very happy with the roses. In her words, she was "speechless". Thank you for helping to put a big smile on someone's face.

I have sent flowers twice to two lovely friends who raved about them and couldn't believe how long they lasted. They were so impressed. I have now set up a subscription for flowers for myself. Can't wait to see them!

Beautiful website with a lovely selection—found ordering process easy — although a tad repetitive. Needed to change the delivery date— and received prompt reply and follow up. The delivery is not scheduled until 19 days from now— will do an update when the gift I sent is received.

We bought flowers in a vase for my mother in law for her 88th birthday. She had just had an eye operation. We specifically searched for flowers IN a vase so she would have to do nothing. We were very disappointed to find that the flowers were wrapped separately, so well wrapped she couldn’t unwrap them. The vase was separate, just loose in the bag. Even the ribbon was separate, not tied to anything. The flowers were beautiful, but it wasn’t what we wanted. So we paid extra for a vase we didn’t need and did not get the convenience we wanted.

The product is great. And online customer service pretty good. But the website clunky and not what one would expect from someone operating at this level. It is unintuitive, drops basket items, requests delivery details when already entered. Neither does it track delivery as it says … I have 2 orders in progress when they have clearly been delivered. Not great. I am also having to find out why a delivery of 2 items was split … the vase was supposed to be for the flowers! Not delivered 2 days apart. 🙄

Flowers were beautiful and arrived within the time frame I was promised. Communication from company and tracking was kept updated throughout the day.

I ordered flowers for delivery on Tuesday to my office… they were delivered Friday night after everyone was left for the down. Now my flowers will sit in a mail room for 2 days without water…
