Delivery was very late in the evening. This is totally within the service you'd offered but it was a bday surprise for my sister and because the delivery was in the evening she spent most of the day feeling forgotten about rather than feeling special. Overall this made the whole experience less special. The time of the day can matter a lot, so it would be useful to have a heads up if delivery is going to be late in the day.
