I’ve ordered flowers for my wife a few times now and they’re always good quality

I never received my delivery

Some of the flowers were in very poor condition, already half dead. Very disappointing considering the price.

Flowers arrived on time and looked great

I bought some snapdragons and they arrived with the leaves slightly wilted and lasted LESS than a week. Not good enough for £45 flowers. I emailed customer service (a week ago) with a photo who have not responded. Not impressed. Update: member of the team has now responded and offered to send a fresh bunch — happy.

Awaited delivery all day, then told that there was a mechanical fault with the van but that my order would be delivered by 10pm. Subsequently, told that my address/number was incorrect (both were correct) and that driver had attempted delivery but had been unable to locate the house (I had been sitting by the front window working all day). After several emails, they re-scheduled delivery for the following day. Flowers arrived and then subsequently died before they opened (presumably having been left in a van overnight). They refunded the order. Completely understand that these things happen but feels like they have real difficulties with their delivery system (other Flowerbx orders have been similarly delayed) and it doesn't feel like a particularly luxurious experience, as it is marketed. Credit to the customer service agents who I spoke to, who were very helpful.

We ordered a bouquet of flowers for 150pounds but the delivery was tiny . Nice flowers but nothing special and really disappointing. We will not use this service again!

Customer Service: exceptional. I choose flowerbx for alla occasions. Wrong colour flowers were sent this time and it was rectified immediately. Amazing x
