Dear team As a satisfied repeat customer I do have to share my utter disappointment in the last delivery on the 17th of November. These were for my grieving wife who will loose her mother imminently from end stage Dementia. It was supposed to be a highlight and some joy after many months of struggling. She loves Callas and thought they were perfect on your website. On arrival they were yellow instead of the red ones! Within a week they started wilting and dropping their heads and others started getting brown around the edges. Flowers were huge amazing and fantastic colour (memory lane) Customer service was brilliant The only thing that let it down was the website when ordering. it didn’t seem set up to recognise that it was a gift for my aunt so all correspondence is for my aunt including the receipt/invoice. Luckily My aunt doesn’t have an email so she never got any of the correspondence. Once the blip is sorted I would award it a 5 stars as the rest of the experience was excellent

8 days and still no delivery
Order flowers to my girlfriend. I thought i order the next day delivery. Was so confusing with the UX. Order from Sweden. They delivered one week later. I paid 45 pounds (5 pounds for express delivery) My girlfriend received a text saying it was delivered. No flowers appears. Im on their chat. Cant even receive a call because of a Swedish number. Asking me for time slots for calling me. Just spent 45 pounds of a really bad experience and no flowers. 8 days after order flowers. Get your processes together and step it up guys. Dont scale when you are not ready for it.

The Flowers which I have ordered on a special day were not the same as shown in the website. I was not expecting that much quality and color difference. The photographer is very talented and a good photoshoper I can say. This was my 4th time which I placed an order from Flowerbox and unfortunately It was such an unsatisfied customer experience I should say.
