I bought what I hoped would be some beautiful white hydrangeas for a friend who’d had a bereavement. Unfortunately 3 of the flower heads had areas of brown dying petals on arrival. She got in touch with FlowerBx and they promptly put things right but it had been my intention to brighten her day not add another hassle to her growing list at a very difficult and sad time.

Have used FLOWERBX several times & have always been pleased with the service & quality of the flowers. This time I messed my order up & had put the wrong delivery day. I got in touch with customer services & Anna replied immediately, even though it was outside of normal business hours & quite late in the evening. The problem was sorted out & I was kept informed.
