I have deleted my previous review of this company as they have completely changed my opinion with their wonderful customer service. I received a very bad lot of roselillies, that failed to open. I was advised that the stems had likely been subjected to cold temperatures during transit. And I was sent another bouquet instead that are absolutely spectacular and just like the images on the website. So well done Flowerbx for treating your customers so kindly, this is exactly the way to get repeat custom. Highly recommended.

mixed experience, would think twice next time
I ordered peonies from this company last year and they were outstanding. I ordered peonies this year and from whole bunch of 20 flowers only 3-4 opened during a week. I complained and the company sent a replacement - the same story - from whole bunch of 20 peonies half never opened and another half was dead while half opened. I asked for a refund and received it immediately. So, the company honoured their financial obligation, thank you guys! But I have not got the flowers at the end. That was special occasion for my family and a lot of hassle instead of enjoinment. I will think twice next time before ordering from this company.

Buy your flowers elsewhere! I prefer 10 peony stems for Mother’s Day and placed my order at least 1 week before. The flowers arrived the day before Mother’s Day, but the vase arrived 2 days later - making the vase pretty pointless and a waste of money. But the real problem is that the peonies had all been stripped of their leaves (not like the marketing photos at all) affecting the aesthetics, but more importantly preventing the flowers from transpiring (the process of losing water through the leaves by evaporation drawing water and nutrients up the stem to the flower). None of the 10 flowers opened and all withered and died without opening. Worst flowers I ever bought and truly a waste of $225.

Flowers half wilted
After having highly recommend Flowerbx to my sister she kindly sent me a bunch of what was supposed to be pretty and elegant carnations judging by the website. Sadly the wrapping was the prettiest part. The flowers were half wilted and brown around the edges on arrival and very weedy - not the quality you expect for £40. very disappointed.

They don’t allow 0 stars which is why they are not getting it. Mother’s Day I ordered flower over a week ago, 1 pm they haven’t shown up. I email to complain and only then they email me back to say there is a problem with the messenger and that I’ll get the flowers tomorrow. Way to mess up the two days in the year you need to work properly!!!

Updated - Incomplete order. No separate msg card. No flower food as stated in care instructions.
Ordered 50stems of tulips 3 days in advance for Manhattan delivery. Only 25 stems delivered. No gift card, message was printed on invoice stapled to wrapping paper. Care instructions said flower food included but no flower food. Following up but not sure how responsive customer service will be. Lucky only sending to my sister if anyone else this sort of flower delivery would have caused me ultra embarassment. Hardly the type of service expected for high end florists. No more business from me. Update 5/12/21: Customer service was prompt in addressing the issue & promised to redeliver 50 stems 3 business days later. My sister received the flowers today together with flower food. p.s. same flowers also available at WholeFoods for 15 stems @$8.99.....if I can post photos I would, the flowers look the same as the ones my sister got (including wrapping)
