Disappointing enough to give feedback. The presentation is good; the flowers arrived in a well-designed heavy-stock paper shopping bag. Presentation is important, but I'd rather receive extraordinary flowers at this price point. Instead, we receive a gorgeous bag with average flowers that were dead within 3 days. 2 stars are generous.

I ordered a vase from this site & understood it to be next day delivery however nothing arrived & i had already bought flowers to place in the vase . I have emailed & was on hold for a considerable time & was asked to leave a message however no one returned call so called again &, assistant explained that the vase would be arriving what would be 3 days following placing the order. I didn't find the phone assistant very apologetic either

Honestly, the most beautiful flowers I've ever received in my life! I was sent them 9 days ago and they're still going strong, flowering and smell incredible. Delivery was seamless and they were beautifully packaged up. 10/10 would recommend :)

A lovely company with GREAT customer service. A tiny problem I had with the order (flowers wilted too soon) was immediately resolved - I was sent a replacement bouquet. Very happy. p.s. the replacement bouquet lasted for almost 3 weeks! Very happy!
