worse flowers i have come across. bought Valentine flowers x 2., They arrived noon on valentines day. by 7pm they were wilted and the next day in less than 24 hours ready to bin. room was cool and they were not by a radiator. called customer services on Monday. replacement sent on Wednesday. The very same thing happened again. this time they were binned. waste of money and im sad for my wife and daughter to have this unmemorable experience. Absolute waste of money. glad they were not a gift to friends. what an embarrassment it would have been.

Absolutely blown away by my gorgeous flowers!!! The Valentine’s Day packaging was so uniquely done and the level of service was fantastic as always!!!!

Third time I have bought from Flowerbx, on each occasion items were less impressive than the photos depicted. The flowers I received today for Valentines had not been secured properly in the box and ended up upside down in the box, petals all bruised and stems broken. I think they are very well presented, but the packaging is not robust enough to ensure flowers won’t be damaged in transit, such a shame. I will stick with Novablooms from now on, much less expensive and never disappointed with their flowers.

Order will not be sent because doesn't meet the quality. I have ordered 10 days before to make sure my order would be in time for Valentines' day, and now they left me without an order. If you're acting like the middle man just make sure you check your stock before selling. Extremely disappointed

I have also spent hours trying to place an order online. Like the previous review, it takes you to checkout and then just sticks on loading the page

I was trying to order flowers but the checkout page is not working properly. It's loading for ages. And I tried to switch to Chrome browser (I used Safari at first), it managed to get past the fill-out form stage, but then still not able to checkout. I have made sure I filled in all the information but still not successful, everytime I click the checkout button it just kept on anchoring back to the top of the page. Please fix the website.

The Bouvardia flowers looked lovely when they arrived. They were beautifully packed and in good condition. The disappointment was that I had ordered twenty stems. One stem had no flower head and two others were very green and closed and never really opened. The final disappointment was that after a week and a half the leaves got a brown spot and withered and the flowers began to die. I would not expect this of a bunch of flowers I had paid £35 for.

I sent flowers to my future Mother-In-Law in NY and she absolutely LOVED them. She said they were “magnificent.” Additionally, the customer service was outstanding and perfectly accommodating. I look forward to ordering Flowerbx flowers again for every special occasion and then some.

My first experience with FlowerBx has been great ! The flowers were very carefully packaged (I've ordered from others where flower heads were broken off in the box) & so fresh. They are gorgeous flowers & I'm thrilled & recommend them highly.

My fiancé and I received Flowerbx flowers from a friend for our engagement this summer. My fiancé loved them; they were beautiful flowers and long lasting. Such a nice present to receive... we were very thankful!
