I received a beautiful bouquet from my boyfriend for my birthday and they arrived in such lovely packaging. The flowers were so fresh with so many new buds opening over the last week. Absolutely gorgeous flowers from a unique company! I've never seen flowers so beautiful before. Sure they cost a bit more than your run-of-the-mill flower delivery website, but the quality that you get is worth it. They're the type of flowers that light up a room as a centerpiece, not a sad afterthought which is quickly forgotten. The flowers arrived super quick and the packaging is both protective and exquisite. Lovely little pick-me-up for the same price as a bottomless mimosa brunch, without the hangover!

Ordered flowers and vase for specific day for a Birthday party dinner. Chased to see if delivered and told all had been delivered. Recipient said had not received and so chased again. Then told not delivered! Original assistant told me would refund and send out for free as their fault. Called the next day to be told flowers going out and i would have to pay full price (£95). After complaining told would take £10 off! Completely messed up my order for a special date specific occasion and lied to me twice. I wonder how many other people are told flowers are delivered that have not been...one often does not check if sending to others. Appalling customer service. Even after this review they would only take off £10 and kept £85 despite me being clear that was totally unacceptable and I did not want to proceed. Never called or emailed just unilaterally decided

I spent £90 on flowers to arrive on a nominated date and they didn’t show up at all. There’s no dispatch email, no one calling me to say they’ll be delayed. I can’t get a hold of customer service and have not been refunded either. It’s a shame that a supposedly digital company has gotten so many steps wrong here. Call up a local shop or try Floom instead. Much more reliable.

When you’ve left things late enough that you want to get a one-day delivery, you’re prepared to pay a little more. But if the delivery doesn’t happen, then it’s wasted money. Order placed before 11:00am, well before same day cut-off, to be delivered before 18:00. Not delivered - £60+ wasted. Don’t let the same thing happen to you.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my friend in another city. While the flowers she received were pretty, they looked nothing like the bouquet on the website and they were a third of the size. Even though I had paid a lot of money for them. In summary, the flowers are pretty but overpriced considering what you are given.

I have purchased and gifted flowers from Flower BX a few times now, and they have never failed, especially during lockdown. The variety of flowers available are endless and the packaging really adds a luxury enhancement. The website is really easy to use, and the range really encourages you to explore the website fully. My new favourite flower company! The tequila sunrise flowers are my favourites and have been received well by my friends.

FLOWERS FOR HOURS BUT NOT FOR DAYS I will never use this company again! I’m amazed at the total lack of professionalism. My Bouquet of hydrangeas was delivered, looked beautiful, next morning, dying once again. Complained, they were replaced, exactly the same scenario! How u are running this company is beyond belief. Your reviews are appalling. I only wish my relative had read them before using you. Your very expensive so why aren’t you giving yr customers what they paid for, not to mention the disappointment you are causing! Words fail me! Don’t use this company! A very very angry customer.
