Great company to buy from, fast dispatch and delivery and packaged very professionally. Only downside is that you have to pay for returns. However, fast to exchange items that are too big etc.

Also when it comes to sale items always check John Anthony as they will always have lower prices than other sites with the same items amazing service

Shocking company that I will make sure…

Shocking company that I will make sure I never order through again. Ordered a pair of Hugo Boss trainers which turned out to be faulty. Leather started coming away from the soles after only 10 days. Contacted John Anthony through email, sent them pictures of the problem and they admitted there was a manufacturing fault with the trainers and they would take them back for a refund as they had none in stock to replace them. Couple weeks later I send them back and they said they will not honour the refund, as the trainers were in worse condition than the photo sent as the fault had got worse in that period. This company expects you to have a pair of trainers for a month and expect you to accept they just fall apart. After sending an email back stating that I’m not willing to accept a none refund they just go quiet all of a sudden and I receive an email today saying they are shipping the shoes back to my work address. Utter disgrace, please do not buy from this company I’ve had to now report them to the retail ombudsman as consumer rights act 2015 means little to them and their respect to customers are none existent. Please avoid at all costs

Canceled my order due to the high shipment costs

I ordered a tee for £15 and paid £20 for delivery. The next day, they canceled my order and said, "Unfortunately, we will need to close your order due to the high shipment costs, it will cost more than your whole order to ship it.". How can they cancel my order when I have already paid for the shipping? How can they cancel my order due to the high shipment costs when I have already paid for that high shipment costs? Updated: If you have explained to me in details like this when you cancelled my order, I would have understood. Anyway, it's too late. Thanks for you reply anyway.
