Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoiles je l’aurais fais. Site médiocre qui ne m’a jamais envoyé ma commande et n’a cessé d’ignorer mes appel et mail, à par un mail pour me dire que tout mes articles étaient en rupture de stock et ne pouvais traiter ma commande. Ils on prélevé 149€ sur mon compte et à ce jour je n’aime jrs pas été remboursé et je doute qu’ils le feront!! SITE A ÉVITER !!!

Hi my name is Gavin Grant I ordered two T-shirts 2weeks ago and have still not received them. The funds did leave my account. I also had no email confirmation of payment but luckily I took a screenshot of my order number. To confirm my order number is M1MC5IE5EX8J. They were a Christmas gift for my son, can you please tell me what is going on as it’s been 3weeks since I ordered now! This also only says dispatched but not delivered. Please can you send a tracking number and explanation as to why I’m still waiting.

Order placed on 23/11 still not received. Customer service are very unhelpful & not willing to try to resolve the issue. Why would you not use a different courier service during the Royal Mail strikes? Other couriers are cheaper & have no delays. I would like a replacement or refund. I think a 3 1/2 week wait is totally unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I needed this in time for Christmas!!

Similar to all the other reviews, hoodie ordered the 26th Nov, dispatched the 28th. No sign of hoodie. Royal Mail have said at this stage it is likely lost as even with the strikes it should have been with me no later than the 9th. Back fourth emails with the customer service team - rude and patronising in tone. Refusing to refund until I send back hoodie (which I have not received). Very disappointed with service, why not use a different delivery service?

This company are not into helping the customer my order is 3 weeks only and they have told me it's up to the post office to declare it missing . I'm left with no gift and no refund and ridiculous replys from there customer service
