I ordered my item in the first week of May and within a month it was already received in the Philippines. However, nothing seemed to be happening for more than a month so I contacted MFB. They've been very helpful with all my queries. If it were me, I'd be annoyed with myself but they were patient and accommodating in answering my questions. Responses were also quick. They also asked for an investigation at Royal Mail but turns out, the process jn my country is slowed because of the pandemic. Nevertheless, the customer service was pleasant. As for the product, I'm really happy with it. No damages or whatever and I got it for half the price it was being sold here. Overall, I'm a happy customer.
Re-delivery of order has been unsuccessful
I ordered my bag in mid july, and while it arrived in Singapore on 24 July, I was informed that the label printed was cut off and showed an incomplete address, hence my order was returned to the UK. After reaching out to customer service, I was told that I would be contacted to confirm my correct address once the item had been returned. Delivery tracking showed that the item is leaving the UK again for re-delivery, yet no one from MyFoxBag has contacted me. I emailed twice and have yet to receive a reply. My sister also made another order and the item status has been 'leaving the UK' for about 3 weeks now.
Where is my bag?

Unfortunately we haven't received our order yet despite it being shipped out of the UK almost 3 weeks ago. It seems to have been shipped to the USA instead of Malta - I am in touch with customer care however the item remains not delivered. I have now asked for a replacement bag - I hope to receive a reply soonest.

Really nice website interface, buying process and there was a sale on when I got my bag! The website is an offical retailer of Fjäll Räven so I knew I was going to get an authentic bag! Unfortunately the bag looked absolutely massive on me (Kånken Laptop 17") so I returned it. Sent from Ireland on Monday I got my refund back (Minus €4 handling fee) exactly a week afterwards. Great experience overall and if ever buying Fjäll Räven again would go straight to myfoxbag.com !
